The Forest Service is hiring temporary summer recreation positions across the Nation. Jobs are available on the North Kaibab Ranger District in Northern Arizona, located in Fredonia, Az.
Recreation specialists and technicians perform most of their duties outdoors, which can include trail repair, campground maintenance, visitor information, and wilderness protection. If your passion is working in the great outdoors and protecting natural resources, the Kaibab National Forest invites you to apply! Government housing may be available. Employment dates are flexible to accommodate school schedules.
This is an ASL friendly location with a Deaf employee managing the recreation program. The hiring process will be utilizing the Schedule A hiring authorities for persons with a documented disability.
