2017 Summer Tour

Here’s a trailer of CorpsTHAT’s documentary film, coming out this October 2017.

CorpsTHAT is pleased to announce our 2017 Summer Tour.  We are planning across country road trip to look at the vast diversity in nature as well among the people who work to preserve it.  summertourcopy.jpg

Through the Deaf perspective, we will document the personal and community experience, the knowledge and wisdom, the gains and cultural exchanges that take place and the barriers and obstacles that arise in the outdoors.

We are planning to visit:
-ASL Inclusion Crews in Conservation Corps
-Deaf employees in the environmental field
-Deaf Outdoor Community Members

If you would like to be added or to add your organization please contact us.

In the fall we will be editing all the video, photography and interviews we took over the summer, compiling them into a documentary film as well as drafting reports to further advocate for accessibility in the outdoors.
